Since, properties before 1978 are almost certain to have lead based paint, is this geico's way of saying we won't give umbrella insurance to properties older than 1978( unless lead is completely removed)interestingly, the primary homeowners insurance policy on this property didnt have any lead based issues, but the umbrella insurance company does!

@Kimberly Fisher Your insurance seems high for a rental, even my most expensive policy is less than $100/month-most are half of that for places that are similarly price (or were when I bought them).
