Obviously this is concerning, and he flat out said he would not allow a “dye” test on the system because he said that test puts to much pressure on the system and could cause a leak.

Simply trying to gauge interest level here...Hope this helps add some clarity because I am not actively pitching my business as it is today, but as it could be months from now if and when we are able to finalize this product. 

The trend line obviously has had downward pressure for a while about everywhere. 

I'm feeling a lot of pressure to do something but finding it difficult to decide what I should do. 

I am guessing another good place to start is to contact property managers in the area to gauge supply and demand.  

I would file a complaint there to see if they can put pressure on the gas company.Then the next question I have is: Is the neighbor's gas meter outdoors or inside the house?

More of the load is on my shoulders right now, but I'm ok with that... and more importantly she's ok that I'm not as available as I normally would be.You guys might benefit from a few heart-to-heart conversations to see where each other really is and to gauge alignment.
