Well I can say i question who and how accurate the appraisal  is because  they can not go in side the property, that would be trespassing. 

While the property is not currently rented, it provides flexibility within my portfolio, as it may be used to house tenants from another commercial property undergoing repairs.

To that end, I would find your local REIA meetups so you can also connect with your local market as well.

She’s for real estate (I think market is over inflated) but in the past we use it for rainy day fund vs holding $ for repairs as well as acquiring property via cash to rehab and sell.Regarding equity shares I would read the fine print as from what I have read you basically are selling your sole to those companies for a small payout to start but giving up a ton of equity

The pest company says for termites it will be 995 start fee and then 22 dollars a month.

Hello,I am working on getting started with wholesaling and do not mind working with another serious wholesaler of interest.I connected with an agent on Biggerpockets who claimed to be investor-friendly and knew the wholesale strategies but I think I scared them away when I requested a written agreement to get started.I do not understand why people in the wholesale industry like to talk about working together instead of working with a written agreement.
