Having been through recessions, we knew that certain areas of southern California always rebound fast, due to the broad based economy, perfect year round weather, universities, medical centers, tourist demand, amusements, entertainment, sports leagues, cultural offerings, shopping, and so many great things drawing people here.

Yes I bought a 4 acre tract in Rohnert park when it was not buildable but it was only 27k in 1995.. but it was right behind a home depot and on a freeway closer leaf only one block off well town grew out to us.. casino went in across the street brand new hotel next door and I have been entertaining offers in the 2.5 to 3 million range.. have not closed yet though.. you know those CA.

Haven’t needed Apple TV (yet), and would agree that you invest in a bandwidth upgrade over cable TV.We have had more inquiries about internet speed recently; guests appear to be more concerned about replicating their at-home experience not just for entertainment but also remote work.

Seller has verbally agreed to entertain an offer for seller financing.

Excellent for outdoors, cabin seeking, vacationers.

Each unit would need its own outdoor condenser.

It must also be resistant to vermin outdoors and pets / children indoors. 

Since you're so close to the lake, maybe different outdoor cooking options?

I'd just look at it as entertainment.
