I also worked for 30 years in a VA Medical Center in Georgia.The vouchers are initially provided through the local Housing Authority ("Section 8" folks) but typically managed through your local VAMC.

Babies are not cheap and unless you have crazy good insurance (which no one does thanks to ObamaCare) you will be paying 5,10,15 thousand dollars for doctor bills.

The HOA did end up waiving the fine, otherwise, I thought my only option was to file a suit under ADA and Fair Housing Act to get a reasonable accommodation waiver for my tenant.And yes, one of the tenants expects to recover enough to drive again but that will have to be cleared by the doctor and that seems to be something that won't be even discussed for 6-8 months, depending on how well she is recovering.

Read up on current medical cannabis laws.Jeff Sessions is rabidly anti pot and was going around capitol Hill to try and get more resources to go after growers in states where it is legal and most congress people on both sides of the aisle told him to shove it.
