My parents are doctors.  

When I graduated college with a degree in biology and having no desire to work in the medical field, I had to take a low paying job at a bank.

It reminds me of the people who attempt to perform medical procedures on themselves or try to rebuild an engine in their driveway.With anything in life I'm sure there's an element of 'it takes all kinds' but do you find a common theme among the market of those who do not work with an agent?

The building was occupied by several  doctor's offices that left a few years after the last recession.  

I also worked for 30 years in a VA Medical Center in Georgia.The vouchers are initially provided through the local Housing Authority ("Section 8" folks) but typically managed through your local VAMC.  

Happens to be my own office (commercial condo in a Medical building), so I've got a pain in the *** tenant :)Anyway, I created an LLC to pay rent to myself with and want to start off on the right foot with my record keeping.  

I look at their debt load, excluding medical.  

Babies are not cheap and unless you have crazy good insurance (which no one does thanks to ObamaCare) you will be paying 5,10,15 thousand dollars for doctor bills. 

The HOA did end up waiving the fine, otherwise, I thought my only option was to file a suit under ADA and Fair Housing Act to get a reasonable accommodation waiver for my tenant.And yes, one of the tenants expects to recover enough to drive again but that will have to be cleared by the doctor and that seems to be something that won't be even discussed for 6-8 months, depending on how well she is recovering.
