Not having a buyer is not inspection related. 

Brokers look like commodities but if you find one that works with out of state investors for the long term, they will have good references for place to to invest, property managers, construction crews etc...

My solution is simple:Find the manager first.Get on some job sites or call some care homes and see if there is a manager willing to team up with you from the get go.

By providing this a quality product with managed expectations and professional management oversite, this property continues to cash flow well and consistently.

I live in CA, and am paying a local property management company to manage tenants and repairs.

My question is should we work with an Attorney or is the eviction process manageable enough to take care of myself?
