Hard to throw a rock anywhere in Ohio and not run into a cashflowing deal.On my last check in 4 different counties in Ohio (None of them being major markets mind you) There were at least 25 properties that would all return 15% or greater on 100% cash deals.

Hey @Khaled Ejaz I'm wrapping up the sale of a listing I have in Antioch and the neighborhood that it's in (Renaissance at Blue Rock) is quite nice.

Seems the best options is to fill it in with dirt/rocks and concrete over top...anyone have experience with this?
