Does anyone know of a list, or internet source discussing which states are landlord friendly to mobile home park owners?

I personally like quickbooks because of the layout of the report.  

Then consider whether there are people who will rent or buy them with  their quirks considered (weird layouts, smaller rooms).

Hello @Carrie Anderson,  Well I had to look up the word lurker- I am not that well versed in the "internet culture".  

New roof, new floor, new layout altogether.

Besides the fact that everything on the internet worthwhile is expanding globally.

My plan would not be to install any road ways, but to just layout the lots, covenants and easements.  

The only person that catches it is the installer but it can throw a layout off.
