I rather like Jackson people are nice food is good.. and airport is simple to get into and out of I brought my plane there a few years back and hangered at Hawkins field.. its was very rewarding flying out of there I could be to most of my markets in 2 ours or less.. and there are no big rocks to run into there..

If you bleach sheetrock it may kill anything on the surface, but it is on the insullation and 2x4s behind the rock and will return.

That wall is more likely a double stud party wall with two layers of sheet rock on each side.
