When I was 28 I found myself in a position where I needed to buy a home, I was a single father with a 4 month old baby girl and I needed to step up and really start making some moves in life.

As for the "jumper," you might want to spray a little WD-40 on the water handle...not only will it make it a "memorable" experience trying to turn on the water but "memorable" when trying to grab the fence on the way back across.
