I get a snotty return text (at least that's how I read it as you can't really read a time in a text) essentially saying they hadn't received the unemployment check yet for the last two weeks of August and since I wouldn't let them make payments and wanted payment in full . . .

Now, I don't know the full situation but she is a good tenant and doesn't bother for much honestly.

If you're not a full time builder, you're going to have a really tough time building a house and turning a profit.

I am a young landlord and just do this on the side (full-time engineer).

When we went in to get the keys, all the windows were open, tenant tries and gets us to sign a document saying they get their deposit back in full.

Looking for full service contractors to manage the project fro start to completion.

Typically in the range I'm looking in, the return would be more like 15-18% if I self-manage.My wife is on-board with this and will probably do a lot of the managing since she's a SAHM and I have a full-time job.
