So I am going all in with TenantCloud, hoping that they improve and I fall in love with the platform or at least I will learn how I want to build my own system in the future.

Anything in that $200k range is basically about to fall of it's foundation.

Upon searching for condos I noticed majority of them and what I can afford falls under Fee Simple VS Leaseholds. 

The stipulation says if they fall behind, eviction will take place.

In researching how this pandemic will affect the rental demand/prices in my target area, it's early to tell, but it looks like it has and will continue to decrease demand for a few months, and projected to bounce back by fall - but no one knows as this situation is completely unprecedented. 

He also says that because he is not laid off, he can not apply for unemployment benefits.So I guess, he is playing victim here and I feel like I have no choice but to accept his story.

Which would put push closer to the fall and that is when renting starts getting more difficult.

Fall outs are happening and appear to be increasing some, but overall inventory has not sky rocketed.
