I’ve even attended REIAs for free and with that aspect you know where their genuine motivation is.

It is a good community to network and learn about all aspects of real-estate investing.

But I do try to apply aspects where I can in my investing.

I can assist in every aspect and give some recommendations.  

I have been doing a lot of research and learning about REI in my free time and am quickly becoming more and more interested in all of the different aspects. 

Whether it is in commercial or a house, an investment is an investment and you should never limit yourself and should try to learn every aspect of this business and try broker every type of investment deal. 

That alone for me is huge and rewarding aspect of this business.

I will admit, the basics lacks luster, sizzle, the motivational aspects perhaps, I'm not a guru, it's an educational site, just as if you were taking an on-line college course.

It's really nice to see people from Quincy, MA joining BP.I'm relatively new to this too, I'm currently in the phase of trying to build a core team, of contractors, handyman and investors e.t.cThere is a lot to be gain from BP, apart from the wealth of very relevant information, there is also the relational aspect of it.

I hadn't thought about having more eyes on the deal aspect though, so I'm glad you mentioned that.
