Called several electricians to do a service change at my house (add a meter and separate basement and first floor circuits) - a job that requires pulling a permit with DOB.Each time I ask for proof of license, electrician says something like "We sign contracts, You give deposit, I pull permit" and doesn't address license.This has happened to me 3 or 4 times.How are these electricians pulling permits if they are unlicensed?

They aren't trying to keep you from lending.So where to go from here.You can attempt to borrow money from someone / bring on an equity partner but you will have to redo most of your loan docs to bring that person in.You can negotiate with the company and find the reasoning behind the dollar amount (again, I am guessing it is because of the stuff I have already addressed above).You can try to look for a new company.

If you did that, my guess is you'd end up right back in debt within a year because you're not addressing the underlying problem (poor money management & living beyond your means). 

The screen and small holes are minor and I would have no issue addressing.

Would hiring a  lawyer be cost efficient for something like this? 

A cloud can indicate the misspelling of a property's address in a deed conveying title or it can mean the repayment but failure to officially document a mortgage lien.

I do feel my current vacant unit would be a good candidate for AirBNB as it is a small efficiency, but I don’t know how desirable the Hamilton area of Baltimore would be and the mechanics behind setting it all up.

Let them know where you found their contact information so they are not angry that their address may be out for who-knows-who to find.

If they are listed as mortgagee on the policy with their address then yes they will be sent a copy of the policy through mail. 

What should I address to the tenant?
