How do you find contacts, reach out, market and then maintain your relationship with them?

The house is about 70% complete but still needs electrical, plumbing, and AC brought up to code and the finish out to be completed.

So fair he's been very good however if I'm being honest he only recently started and has only finished demolition as we were still waiting for the current tenants to move out.

After the current tenants move out, I need to replace the carpet and pad.
