some newbie agents will do this for experience ... top end producers will not.. unless they set up an assistant to do it.. and if your just acquiring it would be harder.. if your acquiring and then fix and flipping and giving list backs well that's another kettle of fish all together along with price points.

I believe that if you establish a rapport with your postal carrier he/she will be able to assist you with vacant houses since they see them all the time.

I'd be able to assist in the project management, and I have access to quite a few good GC's and specialty artisans (ie, tile, roofers, etc) that could be subbed for the project; however, I don't know (personally) anything about new builds here in WA State.Thanks for any input in advance!
