@Joel Owens  Joel hit the nail on the head this is no different than the West coast sales or marketing companies selling mid west Turn Key and charging more than the properties are worth but hey they sell 100's a month to people that live off shore or in CA...

I can be hard headed, and by being nice and covering it with flowers may not get a point across.  

It's easy to predict short term rates are going to rise, and directionally we know where long term rates are headed, but the magnitude of those changes is unknown.

. $20 per month, flat rate$3 per unit per month for rent collection on top of $20 per month flat rate.Nudge on your head to read fine print, priceless.Hopefully this saves someone $240 for neglecting to read fine print.

Unfortunately the day we were supposed to fly out to Europe we received word that my wife's mother was in intensive care in Mumbai, so we headed there/here instead and are still here helping her recover.

Some have figures they carry around in their head that they use to gauge their interest in a property.

There are of course the rules and regulations of getting a broker license, off the top of my head I do not recall but I believe it's 2+ years experience and/or a certain number of transactions under your belt.
