I am looking to network with real estate investors in my area, I lived in South Austin, TX.

It will be a cool format, small group networking and a topic having to do with real estate investing. 

(LCPIA is geared towards education more than networking) I would also love to hear any suggestions on how LCPIA could improve.That being said keep me posted on your meetup.

I haven't been networking as much as I would like to the past couple years - been more staring at loopnet, managing, or analyzing deals. 

I think its one of the better meet ups for networking and connecting with a really great community.
