No known repairs or construction cost are needed. 

Similar to what a bank would do for a construction loan.

We messaged multiple times that we would start construction soon and confirmed they wouldn't  move back for a few week.

I am curious if anyone could share (other than Google) their actual costs of a new construction build cost per square foot here in Denver Colorado.

I usually have 5-6M out on Fix and Flips and New Construction at any one time, so getting to a lower cost of capital would be really big for my business.

I want to startout my real estate investment by constructing a few multi family homes (4plexes or 2plexes, preferably 3bed/2baths) in one of these zips. 

As an out of town owner who needs things to run on autopilot, if I were you I'd spend a little more and buy something of more modern construction in a better part of town.

The problem is that I don't know how exactly to construct a deal where I pay to clear a lien on a property I don't currently own and my fear is that I could get caught helping the seller clear the lien and then they turn around and try to not sell me the property.

The rough number he estimates is:* Construction cost: $350k - $400k* Total sq ft: 5000* Monthly Rent: $8k/monthWhat do you think about these numbers or this idea?
