Make sure that you follow the law and get certification from their medical provider, however if the animal is legitimately certified you cannot discriminate against the tenant even if you have a no pet policy, otherwise it would be a violation of ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).

Check to see if your state has the second provision, in which case, you can request a per pet evaluation done by a professional (if your state also clarify who can actually provide this kind of certificate).

Hello Starting Out-Lots to unpack with your question, so I will only hit the some of the bigger items.Investing in tax lien certificates as a method of foreclosing on the property is not a valid strategy in my opinion.
