When one party funds the deal, and the other party manages the rehab and manages the property (self manage) if a rental it’s typically 50/50.

Been looking for answers for few days and finally found it: up until 2018 IRS used to allow to open EIN with another EIN, but now responsible party has to be a person with SSN.

The unfortunate part is that the bills are two months in arrears.

Is there a course through the state or do I need to pay through a third party?
