I’m a young real estate investor in Portland, Oregon & I’m looking to build a network of investors in this market for the purpose of sharing ideas & experiences as well as support each others goals.I currently own two units & I absolutely devour everything BP has to offer but I lack the network of lIke minded, experienced Individuals that is needed to thrive in thIs business.

The best I've found under that scenario is 10 yr fixed Term and 25 yr Am, with rates varying 5.5-6.5%afaik the 30 yr fixed is only for residential loans to an individual and it's so the loans can be packaged for securitization.

And you can always require your renters to carry renters insurance.2- Landlord tenant law is state-specific, so you would need to research codes or reach out to the state real estate authority or your local metropolitan housing authority (MHA)....they are usually a good resource.You would need to check with your county auditor to see if there is a requirement for a "rental registry"...this is county specific...or could be related to city ordinance as well.

So I called the attorney who has the files to see if he has been given executor status and was told:1. it's an old case2. he does not have the authority to sell the propertyThen I called the courthouse to see who is the administrator over the estate, and was told that they have no record of the mother's death!

From what I've read, after a condo conversion the parties on the deed will now each own X% of each unit rather than each own a unit themselves.How can the units be individually owned, and what happens to the mortgage?

You'll have to look at individual properties to determine what will be worth your time, but market activity is much better than market stagnation.

Based on my experience in the area, not many individuals will purchase a home south of the tracks for 1.1M601 S Wheaton Ave, Wheaton, IL 60187 is around the corner with nice finishes for 500k.

Having said that, I don't see the difference either - between an LLC owner and an individual owner.
