My main concern is for the people this is supposed to be helping, IMO it hurts them.

As a result, I've put that on the back-burner now (still pseudo-operating) and started my own company to address the same key issue that I faced previously - capital constraints. 

The entity and the owners name have the same mailing address.

@Claude Boiron I wonder how quickly those assessment rolls are updated with the owner's current address?

All of this would be less of a concern if you weren't planning on living there but, since you're going to owner occupy one unit for at least a year you need to take all of the issues that come along with this neighborhood into consideration. 

The fact they are being difficult, and refusing the cash to give place back would have me concern and go on defense to do everything by the book on this one.

We could do a crop share, but then you have to get insurance on it and are at the disposal of mother nature as far as yields are concerned.
