If I am super confident on the cash flow after expenditures (loan repayment, cap-ex, vacancy, maintenance), I don't think that the refinance will be too difficult to obtain.Good luck with the BRRR strategy and thanks again for the advice.

I found a home equity lender that can do 85% LTV, $600 in closing on $50-100k for a rental property.

Muti-family is super hot in Toledo right now.For giggles run the numbers on you buying a $100k duplex and renting out the top and bottom for $600 each (you would take one of course but project it like it's a full rental).
