If it's the tenant paying, they should also have a similar picture of the costs if paying for them outside of their base rent.

I was browsing around today , through various properties that are listed on the HUD website in my area, and I came across a property that is in a nice location, looks to be in good condition both exterior and interior from the pictures, and is listed for a really good price.So I thought ... what gives ?
