Over the last several months, i've been diving deep into learning as much as I can through books, podcasts, Bigger Pockets, etc, and finally decided that I wanted to kick off my journey where I grew up!

hello everyone my name is dylan i am from brainerd mn i currently own my house 3 bed 2 bath modular with an unfinished basement and 2.5 acres i am starting my rei journey this year i will be partnering with a friend of mine on a new build duplex with a 1 stall attached garage on each unit on a 2 acre lot we are going to be building it handicap accessible in hopes to contract with local nursing homes or companies in need of houses for there clients i am just wondering if there is anyone else who has done this and if they could give me any advice that would be great
