You can also learn a ton from youtube, there are videos out there for just about everything related to wholesaling.

Most of the podcasts, forums and videos I have seen so far are coming out of "big" markets (Southern Cal, Dallas, Phoenix).

Real estate meet up groups may be helpful and YouTube videos.
