Just a thought for a starting point for your adventure before you pay for the guided tour.

For example, I once toured a 100 and something unit property and noticed some areas where ceiling Sheetrock had been patched.

I mostly pivoted long-term rentals since November because I have other things I'm working on such starting tours.

@Bill Rogers I agree with John, what you could do is get updated pictures and a 3D tour (I also recommend taking a cell phone video).

What I do not understand is how they listed the property and placed it on Rently so people can tour it before they finished making the repairs stated in the tenant-make-ready (TMR) report they sent me.

And, I suspect a lot of people don't want to buy there because most of them never want to go back once they get done that 3 year tour.
