It seems like tile, more than any other material can easily be poorly installed, either by a DIY or even by seasoned contractors who don't know the proper substrates, etc for tile installs.

Venture Capitalists will still able to bring in seeded money at least for months.         

If she's not interested in getting into yet another venture, it may be because she doesn't have the mental capacity.
