Where are you seeing growth/popularity/profits/success with Air BnB or VRBO?

Air B&B? 

In all cases, removal requires negative air pressure and appropriate protective gear.

@Sarah Lorenz I would hate to have you as a guest at my air B and B.

Air out the house as much as you can and get some Glade plugins for smokers and I think the smell will be gone in no time.

I can furnish but would prefer not to go the air bnb route.

I've decided to try short term rentals (Air BnB, etc) in my new home rather than long term rentals as the comps are more than doubled in profits in my area, myself/husband in the main house and renting the apartment.

If you can get 2.2K for this place then I would do the research as to what you can get weekly with doing an Air bnb type deal.

Spray foam seals all the gaps and cracks and reduces the infiltration of cold air in winter.
