The lady kept talking about how nice the area was and how up and coming it is (which it is).The main thing is that it was my first offer I just put in.

I have to say the ladies at Warren City rental inspection are fabulous to work with. 

The lady is disabled, does not have any money besides what the state gives her, and cannot afford a loan at all.
