Hi BP,I came across a website that I think many people from the BP community might find interesting.

She knows the kinds of property that I like and can visit a property to see how it does/doesn't match up.2.)

I viewed the website and found a form that appears to be for rental income but it looks like it is for residents (or maybe both?).

For this I would nicely tell her excluded pets includes any visiting pets.

No check on the front door he pinned the 3 day notice.. pretty efficient really.One issue you have in some areas of the country.. is that a good portion of your rental stable has no checking accounts and cant get them... so they have to go get money orders.. or pay in cash.. so the on line stuff does not work .. plus they are not super computer folks either I mean I cant even pay on line.. never could figure out how to do that.so if your going to PM or landlord to that renter you have to accept personal visit or in the mail. 

For some of these numbers, you can get the actual numbers by either calling contracting companies or just finding off various websites.

The most I do is look at the properties, put in offers, sign contracts and visit the job sites to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Short of getting my own real estate license, I'm wondering if there are any paid subscription websites or anything like this that are worth paying so I can search on my own time.Thank you all for any insight!
