Hi guys, I've discovered REI in the last six months and been reading voraciously while I get into a position to get into the deep end of this stuff.But I have a couple problems/questions:1.

I'm in a bit similar boat - although I've only recently discovered BP, I've been saving my down payment for the past 3 years, and thinking about REI even longer.

I learned from those feasibility studies after spending lots of money and time .

Once you do that then focus on studying up as much as possible in that area.

At least those that have studied it.

I often work out side my area as well and a lot of the bigger markets are becoming increasingly more competitive, but that should not prevent you from looking at these markets; and working with local teams to help discover these opportunities.
