I was able to get a good deal on the house I was interested in due to this fact but it’s a half done flip/reno so there’s a lot of work halfway started throughout the house. 2 areas in particular I’m unsure of what to do with is the walls and attic, any suggestions or ideas of how you would be finish would be greatly appreciated (adding links to specific products are a bonus lol)!

Even then, OOS REI will come with some significant challenges...Specifically, one of the MANY reasons OOS REI is so difficult (esp. for beginners) is that it requires you to assemble, manage, and incentivize a team of people you'll be completely reliant on from hundreds of miles away (sometimes without even meeting those people face to face).

If I were you I would sit down with a notebook and outline 1, 3, 5, and 10 year real estate goals and get very specific about what type of property you want to pursue and how many deals you want each year etc etc.
