How are you currently sourcing your leads?

Properly sourcing investment opportunities involves a lot of work and is far from passive. 

My advice to you when sourcing outside capital would be to CLEARLY define roles...  40+ units is no small venture. 

If you're charging premium rent with a nice rehab I'd replace with same features. 

I still need to furnish, etc.For the experts here, do you typically use traditional financing or use other sources?
