In school I didn't like anything but simple math and simple economy, my senior year that I took it.

Most of the time we schedule pre-meetings with the CEO or some senior person at the bank to build rapport and discuss the proposed project at a high-level.  

A senior agent shows you what to do, helps you with contracts and marketing etc, and you have every opportunity to sell houses during that training period.
