The sad part is that those sorts of warzone Section 8 areas can make you a lot of money if you get lucky, or they can be the death of you (quite literally) if you try to collect rent yourself.

I have the same question...sad that no one has an answer.

Sadly many people can't differentiate the difference between their own prejudices vs good and bad.

It makes me sad to see agents who are less than professional.

Sadly the only group of people I found where they were as good as their word and I could do business on a handshake were the ranchers I dealt with in Arizona when I got involved in some deals there in the 1980's.

In regards to a good lead on a bank to do that cash out, that I can't help you with since I'm hopeless when it comes to regular confirming loans (sadly)
