The attorney's thinking was that the overlap between Americans with Disability Act and the MMJ laws has not been litigated and while he would love to argue it on my behalf, I would likely not want to pay the legal fees to defend the clause.  

Term Life is great for protecting family and it is cheap for a period of time, but if you become sick or disabled and cannot get life insurance policy then you and your family are on their own.

Nothing earth-shaking, but it makes me think terrible things about later routine maintenance.

I have to carry a separate low term disability policy which runs $2500/year.

Sec 8 tenants are less likely to pick up and move on, moving is too expensive and difficult for people that are on fixed incomes and have disabilities.

And that scenario doesn't include any routine maintenance.Could be better.

That was unfortunate for BP to add credibility 2X to this notion and especially for investors who then got the bait and switch routine.

Most of these are standard maintenance items and should be completed routinely anyway.- Tom
