Personally, I'd go with 2 bedrooms, but post the ability to lock 1 bedroom at a reduced rent for 1 bedroom rental.

It's a struggle starting out and I don't think it's talked about enough in more of a blunt way, in blog posts or any article on the web, everyone seems to softly speak about the introduction part that requires money.

I can tell you Rentredi is a huge time waste between issues with the apps and lack of service. big thumbs down and im honestly surprised they are promoted on here.
