They'll have vetted forms that are lawyer-reviewed in light of local laws.Seems almost every area has slightly diff rules, so am NOT a big advocate of getting one off a general billboard.Having good paperwork and proper service is your major defense as a landlord - Don't cheap out.

Also talk to an accountant to see if it has tax implications. 3) All your paperwork has to go through the brokerage, then the title company (some states require an attorney on each transaction).

Of course, an attorney would form the entity and could probably help with the necessary paperwork, but I wanted to get educated on this for my own understanding.
