Besides, inherited tenants often come with inherited headaches.Serve them with the shortest notice to quit that you legally can (both by whatever is in their m2m lease and Ohio laws) to get them out as soon as possible. 

However, its a personal preference and if you'd feel better paying off your mortgage to decrease your debt so you sleep better at night thats not necessarily a horrible move.

One thing I did notice in your post is you purchased another property.
