I use Postlets.com that uploads my listing to over 20 WEB sites and let me cut-n-paste the listing to Craigslist.

Sometimes this works as it puts pressure serious applicants to get their application n quickly knowing others are actually looking to rent the place also.

It might also depend on what type of investment property your first deal is and the amount you've invested for it...B&H, fix n flip, etc. 

If you drive down any of the main streets, like 76th st running N/S, Brown Deer Rd, Good Hope, Silver Spring Rds running E/W, you'll see a fair amount of blight in the commercial properties as well, but there are some better areas as well.

Enter a street with no number and all the properties under OWN OCC with a N are "investment" properties.
