But quality and versatility go with gas.

Its an amazing machine for its size, and its so versatile I have found many more uses for it.

That mentality is why I don't drive my new car to rental properties.

So we need to make sure that as investors we are listening, not just trying to stick to our timetables.I have worked on numerous remodels in the past and I would say the biggest problems I run into with investors in my area is the " know it all mentality".You want a contractor with a great rep and work ethic?

You have to be in the right area of the South Shore & have a gambler's mentality.  

While legally and logically you may be correct, sometimes the path of least resistance is to throw him a settled amount in exchange for his signature on documents that eliminate his ability to come after you further or to reside there any longer.Ill admit mentally I do have my opinion and I was hoping someone would say something like he has no legal way of claiming payment for work you never agreed on or asked him to do.

I don't understand this mentality of having to declare honest intentions to dishonest people. 

As I am an investor in gold and silver; I still work at a job though...My job is as a mental and medical health counselor.
