Marquette, like many areas, is seeing massive growth.

Also, I can see the massive Salesforce tower downtown Indy outside our office in case you ever get "cubical envy" ;)

The only headlines I ever hear are massive inflation and full employment. 

Talking to a friend who is  GC he was telling the price per a square foot down there is massive right now.

@Kathy Villagomez since I am a professional property manager who's entire business is centered around managing investments for out of state investors please take my opinion with a grain of salt...You just spent a massive amount of money on an investment you cannot see, keep track of, or protect.

I purchased here, as I (in another life) was a city planner working for the Bronx, and while in that position saw all the zoning changes that was going to allow for massive improvements/ appreciation to the area.  

If anything, the gentleman from the article should be talking about potential massive increases in interest rates, which would likely put upward pressure on cap rates and could be a big issue for some commercial real estate exit strategies. 

That's a massive pill to swallow. 

When investing here, you are likely to get better terms of investment structure vs true institutional operators, with very similar risk profiles.I love seeing vertically integrated, especially if that business is not designed to be a massive profit center -- to me, great operators can build a PM business that will help fuel their syndication business.
