I’m wondering if RE investing alone could be the business that pays the debts…but then maybe I’d be exposed to WA business taxes…I’ll have to look into that.Interesting to hear that DSCR loans have lower rates than conventional right now.

I know that is not always the case.Selling anything right now to have to buy another primary doesn't appeal given rates now vs. what we have, but to your point we might be able to do more with that cash vs. just leveraging equity & financing.I'll run some numbers and happy to share with more data.

What my thinking was, right now llc rent income is only $57600, however if I use the same LLC to manage other properties also then, including all the rent (short & long term) my llc rent income goes to 250000.

Right now, I am thinking of turnkey out-of-state if the market continues at this pace because property taxes are so high in El Paso and rent growth has not increased with prices.
