Having a knowledgeable agent help you analyze the deal is a critical step.Step 3: Have the agent write the offer for you based on the analysis that you have done together.

I contacted Trane for the issue and asked them to put a one-speed motor although we paid extra price for the multiple-speed motor without knowledge.

He gave me a free consultation where he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Although I am starting to feel more confident, I know this isn't a quick rich scheme in any way.

If you open up the schedule and another guest books, then I agree with @Chris Seveney that a credit (assuming the new booking is at a discounted nightly rate) would be more than generous and also lets her know that you are a reasonable host if she does decide to book again in the future.It just feels odd that she would be contacting you the day of check-in to cancel due to the weather, when she could have communicated this days ago.
