The market is extremely hot right now, but flipping Philly rows can be very successful, if done right!

The market has been very hot here and if anything getting even more competitive.

At the moment, the hot topic is Covid cleaning.

Having the drive and finding the deals is how I was able to go from washing cars in the hot sun for money to owning a successful real estate business and working from home full time :) Don't get caught up in the "how" stage, and instead focus on "doing" things and tracking your progress to see what works.Good luck!

I just graduated this summer and I am having an incredibly difficult time finding work in the real estate industry.

Study shows current trend of hot market may last a while but we're certainly on edge of recession or as someone believe we're already in one. 

My question is are there any other hot spots in any other cities that have this return?

It’s been an incredible learning experience, but I can see myself getting stuck in this 9-5 job, especially once I have more and more bills.

The market is still so hot.
