@Leo Kwok Good to hear the story and would like to know the financial side of your project, do you pay the purchase and fix all cash or other funding method?

In addition to the financials, you also need local area occpancy rates, local CAP rates, etc.Are they giving you any information (e.g.

We are trying to structure the deal financially based on each members contributions. 

While Arena calls his critics retrograde and implies racism (many of whom probably are), I personally find it understandable on a financial/psychological level that empathy diminishes when an event like that stands to decrease the value of the biggest investment (a home) you're likely to make in your life. 

I’m a married father of three (all under 5 yrs) with a good job and a spouse who likes the idea of financial freedom but is risk averse when it comes to investing.  

So, with that being said, by 32 I'm looking to create enough cash flow through buy and hold (SFH & Multi) and potentially house hacking to be financially free (not retired). 

I'm not privy to all their financial details so I can't really go into it much more than that.

If they intend to take advantage of you there is no reason you should not be enforcing your lease and benefiting financially.

I I didn't have a job at the time that this event happened, I would have been in real trouble.So I started investing time and money in my financial education and IQ.

They are financially sound, experienced, and have a local team of contractors to do work for them.
