Hello BP Family,I am new to real estate investing and I am looking to purchase a 3 or 4-unit apartment building.

I would essentially need a partner for this little project, the zone is an R16. since I'm new, I barely know that r16 is a single family resident, zillow says potential subdivision.

My wife and I are moving, and we're debating whether to rent our ~2400 sq ft 4 BR single-family home in Newark, DE instead of selling.

One of the takeaways was that lenders are freaking out about multi-family right now.

We also struggled with the issue of allowing pets.

This is a 4-unit built in 1915, that was converted from a large single family initially.

Most of the multi-family units in Jacksonville that I think are in an area that I would feel safe are in riverside/5 points or San Marco.The issue, I think, with Jacksonville is that the supple of Multi-family units is low which makes the pricepoint of them higher.

Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

If people put their hands on them, they get wiped down.The bottom line is both viruses and bacteria are quite fragile outside the body and they don't live long.One of my personal pet peeves was the "info" released early during the COVID-19 outbreak.
