There are still deals to be had in my market with my current trend of rentals, however I do agree that they are hard to find compared to a few years ago.

I agree with many of those investors that a correction of some sort will happen but I am under the belief that it will not lead to prices decreasing much but rather stagnating for a few years.Though @Alvin Sylvain says he is new to investing, he has the right idea.

@Karen Rittenhouse I agree that properties rent all times of the year, but in my experience the period between Thanksgiving and Christmas is much slower.

Don’t agree with your conclusion.....it appears the the lease automatically reverts to month, the crossed out sentences simply refer to a proration if the tenant leaves before required date, due to notice of not renewing the month to month.

@Kevin Mika Kevin, I agree with you that GC's might consider it a waste of their time if they know I don't have the project under contract, but that is exactly why I reached out to BP.
